Ghosts and vampires may partake in complimentary transportation from Hotel Trio in Healdsburg beginning at 6:30 p.m., whether you’re staying at the hotel or not.

If you do not wish to use complimentary transportation provided from Hotel Trio, please contact Pure Luxury or Windsor Express Taxi.
You can also fly in on your broomsticks to the misty shores of the Jordan Lake or creep in on your ghostly hearse onto the haunted Jordan Parterre, but it is highly encouraged that you use our provided transportation.

Because this is a ghostly location, supernatural rideshares like Uber and Lyft can be rare but available. Expect longer wait times for your chauffeurs.

I can’t make the party this year; how do I RSVP no?
We’re sorry you won’t be able to join us for Halloween. Please email us at trade@jordanwinery.com so that you do not receive further emails from us in regards to the event.
Are costumes required?
Costumes are strongly encouraged.
Will there be food at the party?
Wine, craft cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and food stations will be featured.
Will there be options for vegetarians?
There will be an array of different meats, seafood and vegetarian items too. Please ask the service staff if you are unsure about the ingredients of a particular dish.
Will there be live entertainment?
There will be a DJ and dance area. All other live entertainment remains a surprise.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All guests must be at least 21 years old.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but you must complete the RSVP form on the Jordan Halloween website, so that you will be on the confirmed check-in list at the party.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No. This invitation is only valid for you and one guest.
Can I drive myself to the event?
Driving to the event is strongly discouraged. Please review our transportation suggestions and complimentary shuttle location and times.
What time do the shuttles run?
Throughout the evening. Please review our transportation section for details.
How far is Jordan from San Francisco International airport?
Depending on time of arrival, drive time from SFO to Healdsburg is anywhere from 2 to 3.5 hours. Please view our transportation section for more information.

What time does the party end?
The party ends at midnight.
Where can I find party photos?
Photos taken at the event will be posted to Jordan’s Facebook page and emailed to attendees a few days after the event. You can download the images directly from Facebook.
